"Twelve pounds of fudge" was an inspiring, entertaining, and informative book. It was concise and detailed at the same time and offered not just tips but facts. It is just the push I needed to remind me that you have to eat to live, but not live to eat, as the book mentioned. I recommend this book before trying any diet, health craze, and weight loss plan. Beyond that it is a great reference for clearing up misconceptions about healthy eating. Besides, the book explains the relevance of the title. You will definitely look at fudge differently after reading this book!
